To all New Hope Patients,
Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, The New Hope Center is making every effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and ensure that we remain available to all of our patients. We have been implementing telecommunications for everyone who requests it and does not need to physically be in the office for any procedures and examinations. The recent spread of COVID-19 to the Hampton Roads area makes this a time, where large group gatherings should not be commencing. We always intend to continue to provide our services and do it with the safest precautions and modern technology available. There may be a possibility of disruption, but we are doing everything we can to make this transition go as smoothly and safe as possible.
Currently, a vaccine or drug is not available for COVID-19
Individuals can practice everyday prevention measures like frequent hand washing, staying home when sick, and covering coughs and sneezes.
We ask all patients with flu like symptoms, such as a fever, fatigue, and cough, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or the symptoms of a flu, to reschedule their appointments until they are cleared by their physician.
We are switching to telecommunication for patients who do not need to be physically in the office. Please call 757-496-5370 for more information.
We do love our handshakes, hugs, and special moments with our patients, but in an effort to prevent any illness, we won’t be having any physical contact unless it is needed medically.
If you must come in for an appointment, please do not bring any extra guests with you unless otherwise notified.
We appreciate each one of our amazing patients, and want to ensure the wellness of everyone we come in contact with. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us. For more information, please call us or book an appointment online. We serve patients from Virginia Beach VA, Rudee Heights VA, Lynnhaven VA, Linkhorn Estates VA and Dam Neck VA.
